It seems very unlikely but nevertheless probable that the humanity might thrive with yet another kind of mixed reality viz a mixed economy. Is it not possible in this age of AI to build an infrastructure for infants to thrive without the economic support of their parents? The newer generations of humanity might be self-reliant from their birth, if an infrastructure for their wellbeing might be created and provided for thriving among the mixed realities of this twenty-first century. If self-driving cars are viable with an infrastructure of engineering capabilities, I do not see any difficulty in bringing about a caring economy that is life friendly. How might this come about? Difficult to guess, but most likely the communities that are automating all tasks, might discover that it is simpler and cost effective to bypass the human parenting processes of the past centuries that are slow, ineffective and costly to help the newborns.
A self-reliant economy might also be a faith filled economy with trust in the abstracts of human civilizations such as religion, money, credit and an inflating universe.
